Apart from the system-defined function rights, you can also create function rights.
To maintain function rights, function right 187 – Maintain roles in function ID's is required. By default, users with the Administrator or HR role have this function right.

Keep in mind: All fields marked with the "!" icon are mandatory.
Click this to save the new function right.
Click this to save the new function right and create another function right.
Click this to exit.
Type a unique code for the new function right. By default, it will show the next available number for function rights. Once the code is saved, it cannot be edited. This is mandatory.
Type a description for the new function right. This is mandatory.
Select a module for the function right. The function right will then be classified under the selected module. There are 16 options available:
Type the remarks related to the function right.
Type the target name for the new function right. The target refers to the application which can be used with this function right.
